Operating the Limbo Village DJ Board

IoW DJ's already have their names entered and all they need to do to log in is to click the board and log in. Since the name is already there, the group tag should not matter. However, when a DJ is done and wants to put a radio station on the stream, they must wear a CITIZEN tag (not DJ/Contributors) to do that. In order to work the DJ board has to be set to the land group, which is IoW Citizen.
