Groups by how they are used

Getting passed all the complicated names the purpose of the groups.

All the various groups are fine but for different reasons.

Guardian is more about status.

Citizen is more about who is part of the community in general

To me the main thing is communication. Everyone that is actively participating in sim operation should be in one group.

I think most people just flip through notices and only stop to read ones that pertain to them. I think Contributors would work well because we can limit it to just those we really want to reach.

Only used to operation related information. That way when people flip through notices they know to stop and read those messages.

Thoughts?
