Demrias Amaranth: Before i start to explain what i have done , i wish to tell you something about myself .
Demrias Amaranth: the whole time over the last years , you have been very negative towards me , and this negativity to not work well on me cause i get a lots stressed by this and over the time i become unable work well enough .
Demrias Amaranth: i do wish each of you being more careful with your atitute and how you do answer to what you get asked . encouragement alway better to do then being negative and doing all to get other feel down by how you do your answer . encouragement and support goes together .
Demrias Amaranth: i do hope you understand this and be more careful about this .
i do not want to have to leave to feel better , i do wish being able to give every thing i can doing and doing it well . and to work with each of you .
Demrias Amaranth: and to finish about this , it is the main reason i did choose to take this pause and not being online for these two last months . i had to much stress and needed to relaxing being away of all this .

Demrias Amaranth: the way i was receiving your answer was more pull me down even to helping me

Demrias Amaranth: i have worked with Hollus to make some boards to help us on the communications , every thing any one of the staff , or someone of the community wish to do , events , activity or other things like , have to pass by the message boards and being discussed if is needed before to be done . Any things made without to passing by this would be taken as being done agains the community and unvalidated . this mean think carefully and make sure that everyone which need to be in the known , know every things , without forgot any of details .
Demrias Amaranth: as being in charge of the communication , i would take the liberty to contacting you at any time i believe that there could have something more to say and need to be known . for this reason i do wish and await of each of you taking it seriously and offer the answers when questions are asked to you .
Demrias Amaranth: this is not to be agains any of you but to offer us a better way and a chance to really working together as a team we are supposed to be from the beginning . we are the staff we have to show and being example for the whole community , showing them that we can work together .
Demrias Amaranth: what you would need to do to send information for the boards , i have prepared a note card with few questions to guide you giving the right informations for any things you wish to posting on . indicate if is for staff board or for the community board . as their name show , one is for staff only informations , the other is for informations for everyone .
